Backup (copy) A reserve file copy kept in case the original file gets lost or corrupted
Banner An advertising block that includes graphical or text elements used in the Internet to attract visitors to the web site

Bit (binary digit) The smallest information unit that has only one of two values: 0 or 1.
Bridge Page(redirect page, enter page) Pages created in order to obtain high score in search engines. Such pages are intermediate and forward users to the web sites directly.
Browser A software application dedicated to watch HTML-documents
Buffer A temporary storage area on your computer
Bus Data transfer channel on your computer
Cache memory Memory used to store the data that improves the apparent speed of computer components including processors, disk drives, graphics cards etc. Where data is available in the cache it is retrieved from
The cache instead of the Random Access Memory that makes the process much faster and more efficient.
Clustering A group of computers connected between each other working together as if they were a single computer. Clustering favors the increase of performance.
CMYK Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key (black) - the four principle colors used in the printing process
Cookie Some data stored by your web browser when you visit a web site that favors to ease your virtual activity.
Control key A key or a key combination that allows to perform a special operation (Ctrl+C stands for Copy etc).

CPU A central processing unit - a part of the computer that interprets and effectuates different commands
CSS Cascading Style Sheet(s) - an extension to HTML that helps you to see how HTML documents can be displayed using different output styles.
